Returns and refund policy
At OrCute, we take great care in formulating each product to deliver the best possible results with full transparency. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please reach out to us, and we will ensure the process is smooth for you.
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
In any of the above cases, please submit a return/replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To initiate the process, email us at support@orcute.in. For faster processing, please include pictures and videos clearly showing the issue with the product.
No returns or claims will be accepted or valid after 7 days from the delivery date.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, and our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned product, our service team will inspect it. If the issue is verified based on your provided evidence (photos/videos), we will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
